Assyakirin Commercial Centre is a completed commercial development project located at North West of Jalan Sultan Iskandar and adjacent to Medan Jaya's traffic light junction, Bintulu. Its Phase I consists of 65 units of 3-storey shophouses, 1 unit of 6-storey commercial building and 1 unit of 8-storey commercial cum residential building (Wisma Forego). 

Its Phase II consists of another 65 units of 3-storey shophouses, 1 unit of 6-storey commercial building and 1 unit of petrol filling station. When completed, Assyakirin Commercial Centre will also have ample parking spaces - 1,094 car parking spaces and 222 motorcycle parking bays.
